Family Practice Offices and Labs for Dr. N. Renzi
The Doctors Offices at 23rd Street and Passyunk Ave were built on fill and required special foundation structures for support. A later addition for Physical Therapy Area and a Pool had been designed.

Facility was a renovation of an existing small one story warehouse building into a complete functioning dialysis center with a central nursing station.
